Cervical Dilation Beads

Cervical dilation beads are a perfect accessory to add to your badge reel and have readily available during the labour process.

Place your first finger on the first bead, then stretch your second finger as wide as you feel inside the cervix. The number of beads that you touch = how dilated the cervix is.

Beads measure 1cm each and total 10cm, which represents a fully dilated cervix.
